SSL  International plc ('SSL'), the international manufacturer
and  distributor of healthcare products, announces that it has
changed  its financial year end to 31 March from 28  February,
with immediate effect.

Accordingly, SSL's interim results for the seven months to  30
September 1999 will be announced in early December 1999.

Healthcare plc and London International Group plc in June 1999.
