Directors' Dealings
The Company was informed on 19 December 2008 that the Company's Chief Executive, Michael Garland and the Company's Finance Director, Rob Shepherd each purchased 688,781 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 3.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 19 December 2008.
As a result of the above purchases:
- Mr Garland has now increased his total interest in the Ordinary Shares of Dominion’s
issued share capital to 73,306,891 Ordinary Shares (representing 16.79% of the
Company’s issued share capital).
- Mr Shepherd has now increased his total interest in the Ordinary Shares of
Dominion’s issued share capital to 8,931,073 Ordinary Shares (representing 2.05% of the
Company’s issued share capital).
