Director's Dealings

The Company was informed on 6 January 2009 that the Company's Managing Director, Justin Dibb, purchased 142,857 Common Shares in the Company at 3.5 pence per Common Share on 29 December 2008.

As a result of the above purchase Mr Dibb has now increased his total interest in the Common Shares of Dominion's issued share capital to 65,379,504 Common Shares (representing 15.16% 
of the Company's issued share capital).
