uns folgende Stimmrechtsmitteilung übermittelt:

"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir, Sandell Asset Management Corp., New York (USA) teilen gemäß § 21 Abs. 1
WpHG mit, dass wir am 6. Juni 2007 die Schwellen von 3 % und 5 % der Stimmrechte
an der REpower Systems AG, Hamburg (Deutschland), unterschritten haben und zu
diesem Stichtag keine Stimmrechte mehr an der Emittentin halten. Die Stimmrechte
waren uns gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 S.1 Nr. 6 WpHG zuzurechnen.

Wir, der Castlerigg Master Investments Ltd., Tortola (British Virgin
Islands)teilen hiermit mit, dass wir zum selben vorgenannten Datum die Schwelle
von 3% der Stimmrechte an der Emittentin unterschritten haben. Die Stimmrechte
waren uns gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen. Damit halten wir keine 
Stimmrechte
an der Emittentin mehr."
