The Company announces that it has repurchased 155,000 of its own shares at an
average price of 27 pence per share. All of these shares will now be cancelled.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the issued share capital of the
Company will comprise 16,157,582 ordinary shares of one pence and therefore,
the total number of voting rights will be 16,157,582.
